Passports Appointments

In my role as Librarian II at Birmingham Public Library,
• Utilizes Microsoft Bookings to create an online passport appointment form.
• Checks the Outlook calendars of the passport agents to confirm availability before displaying available dates and times.
• Empowers any team member at Springville Road to book appointments for customers in person or by phone.
• Automatically sends a confirmation and 1 day reminder e-mail to the customer. These e-mails contain answers to frequently asked questions and a link to the BPL passport website.
